join our staff at skyhigh adventures

We usually get most of our SKYHIGH Staff from the ranks of our SKYHIGH Coaches In Training athletes. 
Nevertheless, we will bring on others with a brief training and certification period.

Job Requirements for Assistant Coaches or New Coaches:

• Volunteer service in our program or a similar program with youth athletes ages 7-16
• Age of 16 years of age or older
• Current Certifications in: CPR, First Aid, Waterfront Lifeguarding

                  SKYHIGH Adventures offers discounted classes for employees, held in early 

                  June each year.

• Background Check and Clean Criminal Record
• Positive Attitude
• Ability to work with children and give instruction in a developmentally appropriate manner
• Experience in athletics with some experience and/or interest in triathlon
• Willingness to be help others learn good sportsmanship, SKYHIGH values and work with a diverse population
• Creativity and willingness to try new activities and lead a variety of multi-sport activities
• Reliability and Timeliness​
