Regular Drop-Off & Sign-In: 9:00 – 9:15

Morning Team Meeting: 9:15-9:45

• Athlete Group Meetings
• Review Daily Schedule and Options
• Break into 5 age/skill groups

Activity #1: 9:45 - 10:45
Activity #2: 10:45 - 11:45
Lunch: 11:45 - 12:15
Activity #3: 12:15 - 1:15
Activity #4: 1:15 - 2:15
Activity #5: 2:15 - 3:15
Clean-Up: 3:15 - 3:20

• Pick-Up & Organization of personal belongings to pick-up area

Choice Activity (swimming, biking, running): 3:20 - 4:00

• Athletes get extra time doing their favorite activity or they may relax while awaiting their ride.

Athlete Pick-Up: 3:20 - 4:00

Our staff members are experienced, trained, and passionate about providing a safe, fun, and educational experience for all our campers. They are dedicated to creating a positive and memorable summer camp experience.

Early drop off is available beginning at 8:00am with advance notice and a fee of $75 per child per week.  If early drop off is needed on a per diem basis, the cost is $20 per child per instance.  Please notify staff no later than the close of camp (4:00pm) the prior day to set this up.

SKYHIGH Adventures LLC does NOT provide Aftercare for athletes past 4:00pm.  

Parents picking up their child(ren) after 4:00pm will be charged $25 per child for any portion of the first ten (10) minutes after 4:00pm as a late fee.  After 4:10pm, there will be an additional fee of $30 for any portion of the following ten (10) minutes.  

 All refunds are subject to a $200 cancellation fee per week in the event that you choose not to attend.

• Partial refunds will only be given if requested at least fourteen (14) days before the first day of your week of camp.
  • If you cancel less than fourteen (14) days before your week of camp, partial refunds will be given only for documented medical reasons.   If you need to cancel, you may do so by calling our office at 518-281-6480.
